We are now just over a week post settlement on our place in Otaru and have no hesitation in giving a 5 star review to Yuki Homes. This is the longest review I've ever done but buying a house in another country is an experience! Our first contact was with Derek who was really patient with our questions, listened and helped us think about a location that could work for our differing needs (ie: skiers/non skiers and all year round destinations). After signing up, the search process was thorough and proactive, with a lot of the market nuances explained clearly to us. The video tours were excellent (thank you Ryu).
