This is the longest review I've ever done but buying a house in another country is an experience! Our first contact was with Derek who was really patient with our questions, listened and helped us think about a location that could work for our differing needs (ie: skiers/non skiers and all year round destinations). After signing up, the search process was thorough and proactive, with a lot of the market nuances explained clearly to us. The video tours were excellent (thank you Ryu).

These guys are great. They made the whole process of buying in Japan so easy. I was able to make it happen from my home in Alaska. The communication was fabulous and they always answered all my questions promptly. The whole team was really easy to work with. Way easier than I thought the process would be.
